386. Deacon Phineas TALCOTT¹⁵² was born on 14 Dec 1758 in Bolton, Tolland County, Connecticut. He died on 17 Dec 1835 in Vernon, Tolland County, Connecticut. Dea. Phineas, son of Dea. Benjamin Talcott and Elizabeth Lyman, was born in Bolton, Ct., Dec. 14, 1758, and married Hannah, daughter of the Rev. Ebenezer Kellogg and Hannah Wright, his wife (b. May 24, 1768), Nov. 26 1789.
Dea. Phineas Talcott died in Vernon, Ct., Dec 17 1835. Hannah, his widow, died Jan. 5, 1836. Dea. Phineas Talcott was a farmerin Vernon, Ct.; he was muchemployed in the offices of the town. He was a representative in the State Legislature for very many sessions, and was one of the delegates who formed the State Constitution of 1818.

Deacon Phineas TALCOTT and Hannah KELLOGG were married on 26 Nov 1789 in Bolton, Tolland County, Connecticut. Hannah KELLOGG (daughter of Rev. Ebenezer KELLOGG and Hannah WRIGHT) was born on 24 May 1768 in Bolton, Tolland County, Connecticut. She died on 5 Jan 1836 in Vernon, Tolland County, Connecticut. Deacon Phineas TALCOTT and Hannah KELLOGG had the following children:
